Beverly’s recently deceased, 100-year-old grandmother had a 34-year-old boyfriend. It is cool though. He was actually 800-years-old. It is not cool though. He was a ghost. No wait! He was a candle! NO WAIT! He was an anaphasic being. Or was he Nana-phasic? So much to unpack when Dr. Crusher packs up and leaves the Enterprise. We are putting Sub Rosa into the Mission Log.

Worf's adopted-brother has been quietly studying the people of Borall II until it looks like the whole planet is about to be destroyed. With the help of the Enterprise, he gets out of there, but he brings a village along with him. But they don't know it because they're being hidden in a holodeck. The Prime Directive takes a holiday when Homeward goes into the Mission Log.

Riker gets a visit from his old commanding officer, the pugnacious Admiral Pressman, who has his sights set on retrieving their old ship, the USS Pegasus. Why? Because... reasons. Reasons he won't share with Picard or anyone else which leaves Riker in a moral bind. Oh, and there's an encounter with some seriously passive-aggressive Romulans. The Pegasus goes into this week's Mission Log.
